at least 12 passengers, including 4 children, were killed and 30 others injured when a passenger bus, carrying them to a karachi, overturned near dadu district in early on monday (july 8).

the bus was heading for karachi from district of shadaat kot.

injured were shifted to hospital soon after the incident.

distraught relatives gathered at the hospital where doctors said 12bodies had been identified.

according to sources there were more than 50 to 60 passengers were in the bus.

rescue workers shifted injured and the dead bodies to hospital. however, because of fewer ambulances, people shifted injured in private vehicles.

according to hospital official, some of the injured are critical and death toll may rise as 6 injured are in critical condition.

the elderly man said that his family was coming to karachi to spend the holy month of ramadan; and because of this accident he lost his daughter.

accidents are common in rural area where people doesn't follow the traffic rules.
