pakistan people party leaders, party supporters and relatives on sunday (july  31) held funeral prayers for bilal sheikh, one of pakistani president asif ali zardari's most trusted aides was killed in a suspected suicide bombing in the volatile port city of karachi on wednesday (july 10).

prayers held at the nazimabad town where workers, supporters and leaders of the people party prayed for bilal sheikh.

police official said that the suicide attacker walked up to bilal shaikh's vehicle and blew himself up outside the front passenger seat of the vehicle where shaikh was seated.

 about a dozen other people were wounded.
