Bahawalpur- PM Addresses to Pak Army Exercise Azm-e-Nau 4 Participants

Field exercise of Pak-Army “Azm-e-Nau-4”, has completed in the desert of Khairpoor Tamiwali near district Bhawalpour.


Speaking at the ceremony on the occasion Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that the time has gone when our foreign policy used to change on “one phone call”, now all the political parties would be taken on board while devising the foreign policies of the country.


He said country’s economic stability is linked to peace and stability in Pakistan and drone attacks were the biggest hurdle in the prosperity of Pakistan.


 He hoped that the country was facing internal and external challenges however, the nation would overcome the problems with its willpower.

Appreciating Pak-Army services for the nations, he said at the time of natural calamities, Pak-Army always extended it cooperation with the civil administration.    


He further said that it was decided in the last APC that peace process would be given a chance to prevail because no one wants further bloodshed in the country and democracy has taken its roots in the country while civil society, government and Pak-Army are on the same page.  


The prime minister also appreciated the professional skills of Pak-Army and paid tribute to Chief of Army Staff Gen.Ashfaq Pervaiz Kiyani for the arrangement of a successful military exercise.
