march on international journalists remembrance day, lahore
A march was arranged on international journalist remembrance day by Punjab Union Journalists from PUJ office to Punjab assembly.
Large number of journalists and members of civil society participated in the march.
Kamran Micheal federal minister of port and shipping was also present in the march.
On this occasion leaders said that the work done by journalists would always be remembered and the sacrifices of the Martyr journalists will never go in vain.
They also said that the journalists put their life in danger in order to provide the true information and right news to the public.
The hard work of journalists for democracy could never be forgotten.
Candles were lit in the remembrance for the journalist, who sacrifice their life to provide true information, in the end.
