Karachi- Petition Against NED University.

petition filed against ned university officials in sindh high court.

A petition has been filed by the student,Umair Hasnain, against the officials of NED university in the court of Justice Faisal Arab.

The petition states that  NED university for admissions has used unfair standards.
br>
The students stated that, 40 per cent of the seats are given to the children of the varsity’s employees, while only 50 per cent are for the general public.
br>
Court has issued a notice to the officials of the NED university.
br>
Student Syed Omar Hasnain said that the university went against the merit and the law.
br>
Advocate S.K Hasnain said the officials of NED university have double standards; 40 percent seats are for their won children and only fifty percent are for the general public and this act is against article 25.
br>
Court will give the decision after receiving an answer from the NED university officials.
