A powerful Bomb blast in Quetta, A capital of Bolochistan province, killed at least one and injured 20 others on Thursday (December 17).
The bomb went off at a time when there was crowed of people according to media sources at least eight children were among the injured.
According to reports the bomb was planted near an ice cream shop in Mitha Chowk of Pashtoonabad neighborhood, located in the outskirts of Quetta.
Police official immediately rushed to the blast site and cordoned off the area.
Rescue officials reached the site and body and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta for medical treatment, where the emergency was imposed.
According to reports from Hospital, five of the injured are said to be in critical condition.
According to Bomb disposal squad more than two Kilogram of explosives were used in the attack.
