Abdul Razaq Cheema CCPO Quetta held a press conference in Baluchistan capital Quetta.
Abdul Razaq Cheema said Quetta police has recovered Noor Mohammad Wardag who was kidnapped four days from the Western Bypass area.
Noor Mohammad was freed with out paying ransom however kidnappers fleed the scene.
He said Noor Mohammad was recovered last night in a raid on a house in the area of Sariab Mill where he was chained by the kidnappers.
Kidnappers had asked for 25 million Rupees for ransom money.
Noor Mohammad announced five lac rupees for police but CCPO refused to take the money.
CCPO announced one lac rupees for personnel participated in the operation from department.
DIG Yousuf Mubeen while Talking to journalists said that in the year of 2012 54 kidnappings were reported and 24 kidnappers were arrested. However, in 2013 30 kidnapping were reported and 21 kidnappers were arrested.
He said last week numerous extortionists calls have been traced and will be arrested soon.
