KSE-100 falls 903 points as US-Iran tensions spook investors
The KSE-100 Index closed at 169,427.44 points, down 0.53 percent from Tuesday's close of 170,330.56, according to exchange data.
Out of 488 active companies, 191 advanced, 258 declined and 39 remained unchanged.
Analysts said renewed hostilities between the US and Iran triggered selling pressure across major sectors, including commercial banks, cement, and oil and gas exploration firms.
The decline erased the previous session's gains, which had been driven by hopes of easing tensions between Israel and Iran.
