US-Iran Historic Peace Deal Likely to Be Finalized Within 24 Hours, Says Shehbaz Sharif
In a statement shared on social media, the prime minister said progress toward finalizing the peace deal is closer than ever before, raising hopes for a major diplomatic breakthrough in the region.
Shehbaz Sharif stated that the agreement is expected to be formally completed within the next 24 hours, after which electronic signatures will be made immediately to seal the deal.
He added that technical-level negotiations will also take place next week to finalize various aspects related to the implementation of the agreement.
The prime minister thanked both the United States and Iran for their continued cooperation and constructive role in the negotiation process, saying the commitment and diplomatic efforts of both nations have been crucial in reaching this stage.
According to Shehbaz Sharif, the historic peace agreement could provide a strong foundation for lasting peace, regional stability, and enhanced mutual cooperation.
