Pakistan Reaffirms Support for Lebanon
Spokesperson Tahir Hussain Andrabi stated that Pakistan has “accepted an open challenge” by stepping forward to mediate between countries in conflict, particularly in the context of tensions involving Iran and United States.
The spokesperson strongly condemned Israeli aggression in Lebanon, reaffirming Pakistan’s solidarity with the Lebanese people amid ongoing tensions.
Pakistan’s mediation efforts have been widely appreciated globally. The objective remains to promote peace and stability in the region. Communication channels between conflicting parties have been kept open. These efforts have been led under the guidance of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and military leadership.
