Earthquake Tremors Felt Across Multiple Cities in Pakistan
According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake measured 5.4 on the Richter scale and had a depth of 91 kilometers. The epicenter was located in the Hindu Kush region.
The tremors were reported in multiple areas including Chakwal, Talagang, Kallar Kahar, Peshawar, Swat, and Malakand.
In addition, tremors were also felt in Kohat, Mardan, Lower Dir, Mohmand District, and Parachinar.
Following the quake, frightened residents rushed out of their homes and buildings. However, no immediate reports of casualties or damage have been received so far.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation.
