According to reports, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was moved to the hospital for an eye procedure, where he received his fourth intravitreal injection on April 28. Prior to the procedure, a specialist ophthalmologist declared him medically stable, while optical coherence tomography (OCT) results indicated signs of improvement.
Hospital sources confirmed that the injection was administered under strict medical precautions using microscopy guidance. The procedure was successfully completed as a day-care surgery.
During the treatment, Imran Khan remained stable, with his vital signs reported as normal before, during, and after the procedure. Following the treatment, he was discharged with necessary medical instructions and a follow-up plan.
