Pakistan Shoots Down 4 Drones Near Balochistan Border, Says ISPR
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the drones entered Pakistani airspace on June 30 from areas under the control of the Afghan Taliban regime. The military stated that the drones were allegedly sent with the support of terrorist organizations operating from Afghan territory.
In an official statement, ISPR said Pakistan’s air defense network remained fully active and alert, enabling security forces to detect and neutralize all four incoming drones through an effective response.
The military spokesperson stated that Pakistan’s advanced air defense system immediately identified the aerial threat and successfully destroyed all drones before they could cause damage.
ISPR said the security forces demonstrated high professional preparedness, thwarting what it described as hostile intentions aimed at destabilizing the region.
The statement further accused the Afghan Taliban regime of using such tactics to mislead the Afghan public and urged them to stop providing support or safe havens to terrorist groups.
ISPR warned that the Afghan Taliban’s irresponsible actions could worsen the difficulties faced by the Afghan people and stressed the importance of adhering to the principles of peaceful coexistence.
The military also issued a strong warning, stating that if provocations against Pakistan continue, a decisive and powerful response would follow, carrying a heavy cost.
Pakistan’s armed forces reiterated that they remain fully vigilant and capable of defending every inch of the country’s territory. ISPR added that any cross-border aggression would continue to receive an immediate, decisive, and forceful response under Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq.
