President Zardari Visits Rukh Ordo Cultural Center in Kyrgyzstan
President Asif Ali Zardari, accompanied by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, visited the Rukh Ordo Cultural Center in Cholpon-Ata shortly after arriving in the Kyrgyz Republic on Monday (July 6).
During the visit, President Zardari received a briefing on the cultural center's significance as a symbol of Kyrgyzstan's rich history, traditions, and cultural heritage. The two leaders toured various sections of the complex and discussed the importance of preserving cultural heritage and promoting greater understanding among nations through cultural exchanges.
A traditional cultural performance featuring Kyrgyz folk music, dance, and artistic traditions was presented in honour of the Pakistani president. President Zardari praised the warm hospitality extended to him and commended the Kyrgyz people's rich cultural heritage.
Later, a banquet was hosted in honour of President Zardari and the Pakistani delegation. Traditional Kyrgyz musical performances dedicated to Pakistan and its people were presented during the event, underscoring the strong friendship and close ties between the two countries.
