In line with the Bank's strategy to provide the best banking products and services, Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) has announced the launch of a new mobile application for iOS and Android that will allow its credit card holders to manage every aspect of their cards.
The application provides a direct and secure online portal for credit cards management and offers a variety of features for a convenient and seamless banking experience by allowing customers to control their credit cards’ operations without having to visit the Bank, such as setting credit limits, payments, loyalty registration and many other credit card services.
Once the app, labelled ‘KFHB Cards’ on the two stores, is downloaded, the client will need to complete a registration process using the same information registered at KFH-Bahrain. Upon completion a confirmation code will be sent by text message on the mobile phone number registered with the Bank.
The Head of Cards and eChannels division, Mr. Abdulrahman Al Khan said “We are pleased to announce the launch of this new application which has many unique features that will enable our card holders to have more flexibility and easy management over their cards.”
“With the new features, our customers can activate or deactivate their cards for different countries. They can set merchant, currency and transactional limits. Choose from multiple air mile options provided by the Bank and check their air miles earned with every transaction. App users will be able to view their statements and immediately report any unauthorized transactions, including blocking their card, anywhere in the world without having to go through our call center.” he added.
KFH Credit Cards are Sharia’ compliant and provide its holders with many competitive features and benefits, such as Purchase Protection, Extended Warranty, Free Travel Insurance, Free Airport Lounge Access, Free supplementary Cards, Up to 50 days grace period, and much more all subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions. Card holders, who invest in ”Libshara,” are automatically enrolled in Libshara segment draw to get the chance of winning valuable cash prizes.
