Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa says that Prime Minister Imran Khan himself allowed anyone to go out, the High Court only fixed the details.
Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa responded to the Prime Minister's statement on the judiciary saying that he does not want to talk about the case that the Prime Minister has criticized. Please. Without naming former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, he said that the Prime Minister himself allowed anyone to go out, the High Court only made the details.
The Chief Justice said that today's judiciary should not be compared to the judiciary before 2009, the only law that is powerful before us, we have punished one prime minister, disqualified the other and decided the case of the former Army chief. Quetta case was decided by the Supreme Court in 3 months, 2 days ago a murder case was decided via video link.
The case that the Prime Minister talked about is still under consideration, so I will not talk about it. The Prime Minister also talked about the powerful and the weak. Two days ago, the Prime Minister welcomed the announcement that he would give the judiciary resources.
Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa said that the Model Courts gave all the results in only 187 days, Family cases are not of powerful people, there are no Civil and Family Appeal cases in 20 districts, no pending cases in 23 drug cases, Model Courts. Due to no murder case pending in 17 of the 116 districts, all the appeals were decided according to the law, all the appeals are to the non-people, no difference was made between the strong and the weak.
