Pakistan Army Capable of Breaking Terrorist Nexus in Balochistan
Talking to the media at the Punjab Assembly premises, Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan said that Field Marshal General Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif hold a clear and firm stance on establishing peace in Balochistan.
The speaker stated that incidents such as the arrest of Kulbhushan Jadhav from Balochistan, the Jaffar Express incident, and recent terrorist attacks in various cities clearly identify hostile and disruptive elements. He added that on one hand there is interference from across the border, while on the other, elements involved in terrorism for financial gain are active.
Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan emphasized that the Pakistan Army, political parties, and the entire nation are united and determined to eliminate terrorism. He said that this is a matter directly linked to Pakistan’s existence and territorial integrity.
Expressing concern, the Punjab Assembly speaker noted that there is still debate at the national level over whether terrorism should be confronted through force or dialogue, calling it a serious issue that needs clarity.
