Mustafa Amir Murder Case: Charges Framed Against Accused in Anti-Terrorism Court
The hearing was held at the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi, where the court indicted both suspects. However, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Following their denial, the court issued notices to prosecution witnesses to appear at the next hearing. The court also rejected the bail application of accused Shiraz and adjourned further proceedings until March 12.
According to the prosecution, Mustafa Amir was allegedly murdered last year, and his body was later burned in Balochistan in an attempt to destroy evidence.
The case remains under trial, and further proceedings will continue at the Anti-Terrorism Court.
