70 Pakistanis Return Home Amid War-Like Situation in Iran
According to the Deputy Commissioner of Chagai, over 25 male and female students have reached the Taftan Border. Special arrangements have been completed at Pakistan House in Taftan to accommodate students arriving from Iran.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, stated that in view of the prevailing situation in Iran, the formal process of safely bringing back Pakistani nationals has been initiated. He added that immigration officials at border points are performing their duties around the clock to ensure a smooth and well-organized movement of people.
The Chief Minister further said that administrations in border-adjacent districts have been issued clear instructions to provide maximum facilities and necessary assistance to returning passengers. He confirmed that, so far, more than 70 Pakistani citizens have safely arrived back in the country from Iran.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation closely as further arrivals are expected in the coming days.
