Michael Jackson Accused of Sex Trafficking Kids in Bombshell Lawsuit
According to foreign media reports, siblings Edward, Dominic, Marie Nicole, and Aldo (identified as members of the Cachucho family) have accused Jackson of child trafficking and sexual abuse. In the legal complaint, they claim that during their childhood, they were allegedly manipulated and exploited through the singer’s influence and status.
The lawsuit alleges that the incidents occurred over several years in different locations worldwide. Some of the plaintiffs claim they were as young as seven or eight years old at the time of the alleged abuse.
Court documents reportedly state that the siblings first met Jackson through their father, who worked at a hotel where the singer frequently stayed. The filing further claims that certain alleged incidents occurred when Jackson allegedly visited the family’s residence, at times accompanied by his own children.
In response, attorney Marty Singer, representing Jackson’s estate, has strongly denied all allegations, describing them as baseless and motivated by financial gain.
The plaintiffs are reportedly seeking $200 million in damages. The case is expected to proceed through the legal system, where the claims and defenses will be examined in court.
