Imran Khan’s Request
A bench comprising Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro heard the case. During the proceedings, Imran Khan’s lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa was not prepared to present arguments related to jail regulations, prompting the court to postpone the hearing.
During the session, the Advocate General Islamabad presented a report from the jail superintendent, which included a medical report from Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences.
Sardar Latif Khosa informed the court that Imran Khan underwent a medical examination at the jail hospital and was later taken to PIMS Hospital for an injection. He also referred to a medical report previously submitted to the Supreme Court of Pakistan by lawyer Salman Safdar.
